Prior to joining Zellis she led the Deloitte UK Payroll and Workforce Management Consulting practice and has a wide breadth of experience having led and delivered many standalone Payroll and WFM projects and the Payroll and WFM aspects of large scale global transformations. Her expertise in all areas of Payroll and WFM has been gained through working both vendor and client side on projects, which have involved; functional reviews and transformations; risk and compliance assessments; efficiency improvements for internal and 3rd party operations; vendor selection and product evaluation; and implementations. Rebecca has supported clients across all industries including FS, professional services and retail.
