Philippe Poirot joined Microsoft France in 2017, where he leads Strategy, Marketing, and Industry Solutions for the Financial Services sector. He supports major banks and insurance companies in their digital transformation journeys, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence. As an Industry Advisor, he helps financial institutions harness the power of AI to drive innovation and operational excellence. Before joining Microsoft, Philippe spent five years at Groupe BPCE as Director of Digital Transformation and Quality. He played a key role in the creation of the BPCE Group, where he led the development and implementation of the group’s operational efficiency strategy. In 2008, he joined the “Caisses d’Epargne” network as Director of Distribution. Philippe began his career in management consulting after graduating from IMAC in 1985. He held leadership roles at CEGOS, BOSSARD Consultants, and Capgemini Consulting, where he served as Vice President for the Financial Services sector. He is also actively engaged in several professional and civic initiatives. Philippe is a member of ACSEL and serves on the steering committee of its "Insurance and Digital" think tank. He contributes to the startup ecosystem in Hauts-de-Seine through Meudon Valley’s M’Combinator, and is a proud mentor in the “Nos Quartiers ont du Talent” and “Chemins d’Avenir” programs.

Valentine also sits on the supervisory boards of several financial institutions, including Memo Bank, Tylia Invest, Deblock, I-Kapital, and Merge Money.
